The basic recipe of Sponge Cake, requires a lot of attention when mixing the ingredients, to obtain a perfect, soft and soft result.
- 115 g flour
- 30 g butter
- 4 whole eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 50 g corn starch
The secret of the Sponge Cake lies in incorporating flour.
