- 95 g dark chocolate 72%
- 130 g sugar
- 90 g butter
- 45 g flour

Step 1 – Chocolate lava cake
To make the chocolate lava cake with a soft heart, let’s start by placing the eggs in a bowl and then, add the sugar. Mix.

Then, in a bowl, break the dark chocolate and add the butter. Melt everything in a maria bath, it is also fine in the microwave.

In the egg and sugar mixture, incorporate dark chocolate with butter. Mix.

Once the two compounds are mixed well, add the sectate flour and mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
