Plumcake with lemon and white chocolate

Plumcake is a simple sweet scented with lemon, which is appreciated by young and old. Perfect for breakfast or snack, if accompanied by a tea or your favorite drink.
- 150 g Flour
- 15 g Soft butter
- 4 Eggs at room temperature
- 85 gr White Chocolate
- 130 gr Sugar
- 20 gr Honey
- 15 g Lemon juice
- 10 g Lemon zest
- 6 g Baking powder for sweets
- 2 g Salt up
For Crispy Icing:
- 100 g Icing sugar
- 25 gr Water

In a static oven, bake the lemon Plumcake at 185 °C for 15 minutes and then at 165 °C for 30 minutes.
You don't have to pull out the lemon Plumcake, just lower the temperature.
Step 4 – For Crispy Icing
In a bowl, add the icing sugar and then pour the water. Mix everything with a whisk. With the help of a brush distribute the glaze over the Plumcake with lemon and white chocolate.
Bake at 250°C degrees for 5 minutes
